  3. The shoes and any inserts/orthotics in which you typically run.
  4. A comfortable t-shirt or top(you may run with your shirt off as well)
  5. Minimize reflective clothing/ shoe material

No. Much of your visit will be spent on the musculoskeletal screening, taking injury history,calibrating the markers, and doing exercises specific to your needs.The total time can be reduced if you supply us with an injury or condition history in advance.Most clients actually run less than 10 total minutes.

If you have an acute injury, the best thing to do is go through the traditional channels for help or you can make a separate physiotherapy appointment with us to help with an immediate assessment, diagnose and treatment. We also can refer you on for MRI scans or xrays directly.

As you are attending a chartered physiotherapy clinic a certain amount will be covered for physiotherapy services.The 3D Running/Gait Analysis itself is not covered by insurance.

Yes, after your PHYSIOMOTION3D evaluation we will make recommendations of what type of runner/ foot wear would best suit your foot type and level of activity. We have no vested interested in any brands but we do know what is out in the marketplace, what is value for money and a quality product.

No, after your Run3D or TOG GaitScan assessment your rehabilitation or activity goals are our priority! There are going to be cases where there is a genuine reason for possible orthotic intervention, it would be explained to you and up to you whether you want to follow that course of treatment.
