Welcome to our Cork Clinic based in Bishopstown Village just outside the City Centre.

Access to our Clinic is very straight forward with free parking at the front of our Clinic Building.

If you approaching us from the WEST side via the BANDON ROAD ROUNDABOUT. Head East towards Sarsfield Road Roundabout/N71. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Bishopstown Road and keep going, passing Cork University Hospital on your right.Keep left onto Waterfall Road at traffic lights. PHYSIOMOTION3D is just beyond the lights on you right side across from Texaco Petrol Station.

PHYSIOMOTION3D can also be accessed from the EAST via the Jack Lynch Tunnel. Head south on the N40 for 9.4 km, keep left and take the take the exit3 Bishopstown, towards Sarsfield Road/N71. At Sarsfield Road, take the 3rd exit onto Sarsfield Road /N71. At the roundabout take the first exit onto Bishopstown Road. PHYSIOMOTION3D is on your right, across Texaco Petrol Station.

From CORK AIRPORT, take Avenue 2000 to N27. Head southeast on Avenue 2000. At the roundabout, take the third exit and stay on Avenue 2000. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit. Continue on the N27 to Cork. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto N27.Turn left onto the ramp to N25/ South Ring (West) N22/N71. Merge onto N40. Exit left towards Sarsfield Road/N71.At Sarsfield Road Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Sarsfield Road N71. At the roundabout take the first exit onto Bishopstown Road. Keep to you left onto Waterfall Road at traffic lights. PHYSIOMOTION3D is on your left side across from Texaco Petrol Station.

Welcome to PHYSIOMOTION3D in Waterford.

We are located at the BALLINAKILL SHOPPING CENTRE on the Dunmore Road (R683). If you are coming from the city centre , head out towards Waterford University Hospital on the Dunmore Road. When you come to the roundabout in front of the Hospital ,keep on going straight out towards Dunmore East direction. When you pass the MAXOL Petrol Station on your right, you will come to a small roundabout with the OSKARS Pub on your left side. Turn left there and then right into BALLINAKILL SHOPPING CENTRE Car Park.

We are located on the far left hand side of car park at the last door. (See Signs) for us.

If you are coming from the WATERFORD RING ROAD, turn right, when you reach the roundabout at Waterford University Hospital and head towards Dunmore East Direction.Pass the MAXOL Petrol Station on your left and take the next left at the small roundabout soon after, then turn right into BALLINAKILL SHOPPING CENTRE Car Park.We are on the left hand side of car park (See Signs)

If your are coming in from the Dunmore East /Passage East direction, on the Dunmore Road. Pass the WOODLANDS HOTEL on your right side and soon after you will come to a small roundabout just beyond LONDIS Shop on your right side. Take 3rd exit there and then turn right again into BALLINAKILL SHOPPING CENTRE Car Park.We are located at the far left hand side (See Signs).
